The building that answers for itself.

Squire IQ answers residents’ and site staff’s questions by text, phone, email and chat, from the rules, notices and manuals your office already keeps. It escalates only what needs a person, and gets better with every answer.

One office, every building covered

Answers on every channel

Residents text, call, email or chat and get the same answer, at 11pm or on a Sunday. No app to install and no portal password to forget.

Built from your own documents

Connect the rules, bylaws, notices, move-in packages and maintenance procedures you already maintain. Answers come from them, not from guesswork.

Escalates what needs a person

A leak, a lockout or a complaint reaches the right person with the whole conversation attached, instead of sitting in a shared inbox.

Your team stops answering the same question twice

Every building asks the same things: which day is garbage, how to book the elevator for a move, where to park a visitor, what the quiet hours are. Squire IQ handles the repeats, so your managers spend their time on the things that need judgement.

How it works

New residents settle in without a binder

People move in all year. Squire IQ gives each new resident the rules, forms and instructions for their building from the first day, instead of a printed package nobody keeps.

Questions property managers ask

What do we need to get started?

Your existing material: rules and bylaws, move-in packages, notices, amenity procedures and maintenance instructions. We set up the knowledge base with you and connect the channels your residents already use.

Do residents need to install anything?

No. They can text or call a number, send an email, or use web chat. Access can be tied to registered phone numbers, so only your residents get answers.

Can residents, site staff and the office see different information?

Yes. Knowledge libraries are permission-based, so each role sees what it should, and a resident never sees another building’s records.

What happens when it doesn’t know?

It says so and escalates to the right person at the office, with the conversation attached. Their answer can then be added to the knowledge base for next time.

Where is our data stored?

In Canada.
